I’ve also found that Cash Flow 101 board game loses some spontaneity as you begin to learn what cards are "in the deck". I also suggest that you do not use the paper money that comes with Cash Flow 101; it slows down the game play too much. Just use journal entries, it is faster plus more realistic – you’re not buying stocks, businesses, and real estate with cash in the real world.
