Are
you and your financial plan on the fast track or the slow track?
If you are like most, retiring early sounds great. More time to spend
with friends and family. More time to travel and see different
cultures. More time to do that which really interests you.
To get on the fast track, you need to leverage your mind, leverage
your plan and leverage your actions. In Rich Dad’s Retire
Young Retire Rich, Robert details how he and his wife Kim
achieved financial freedom in less than ten years. By 1996 they were able to stop working and live off the residual income produced by their investment portfolio.
More importantly the #5 book in the rich dad series, Retire Young Retire Rich shows you how a context shift in your mind allows you to create a plan that formulates the actions necessary for your financial freedom.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
Freedom of time?
Unlimited resources to travel the world?
Whatever it may be, CASHFLOW 101 THE E GAME teaches you how to get out of the Rat Race and on to the Fast Track.
Learn about money and finance in a fun, interactive environment to make more informed choices about money in your everyday life.
While no replacement for human interaction Cash Flow 101 the eGame is a great tool for times when you cannot find other like-minded people with which to play. It contains all the great financial lessons of the Cash Flow 101 board game but puts them conveniently on your personal computer.
Two features of the game that I have found to be better and more realistic is the stock trading scenarios and card randomness. In the Cash Flow 101 board game all you have to do is buy a stock when you get a low priced card, completely removing the true emotion in a stock trade. Cash Flow 101 the e Game has a simulated stock tickers that changes with each round, adding an element of reality to the trade. I’ve also found that Cash Flow 101 board game loses some spontaneity as you begin to learn what cards are "in the deck". The Cashflow egame will randomly distribute the deals cards, giving the game greater suspense.

Often people ask me what the difference is between the board games Cashflow 101 and Cashflow 202. I have played both but often find it difficult to explain. In this video Robert Kiyosaki very effectively (as is his manner) explains the difference between the two games. Essentially, the first board game helps you understand the basics of your personal financial statement and the fundamentals of investing. In general, the game is very easy to play and win (after a couple tries of course). Cashflow 202 expands on the basics of the first game and begins to teach you how to handle these two elements (your personal financial statement and investing) and places you in a much more “risky” world. It is harder to win and the chances of going bankruptcy increase greater – just like in life.
I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad series and help facilitate and organize local groups to play cashflow. Lately several members of our group have been discussing moving up to Cashflow 202 (until now we have just been playing Cashflow 101). After watching this video we realized that the goal should be to move to Cashflow 202 as quickly as possible. Most fundamentally, it teaches you how to manage change. Something that we have A LOT of in the current financial markets.

Do you value your child’s education? Do you want your children to have a financial head start in life? Are you willing to take an active role to make that happen?
At school, your children learn many valuable concepts, yet they are rarely taught anything about finances. Imagine if you had been taught about money and, more specifically, about how the rich got that way by generating cash flow from their assets. For a kid, these lessons are vital to future financial well-being. But, better yet, children are excited and inspired by the message. Rich Dad’s Rich Kid Smart Kid is an introduction to the financial world for children. But more than that, it gives them the right context in which to view money from a very early age. This is the first step to take in ensuring your children have a better financial start than you might have had.
End those fears that keep you up at night regarding the financial choices you make.
By reading Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing, you can reduce your investment risk and convert your earned income into passive and portfolio income. That means you keep more of your income … not the government.
Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing is just that – a guide. It offers no guarantees, just as Robert Kiyosaki’s rich dad offered him no guarantees … only guidance. But if you’re interested in the inside look at an entrepreneur’s financial plan to be rich, this is the book for you.
